About:
Rev. Jenny Crosswhite has served as pastor of the First Christian Church since February 1, 2012. she is also the Creative Director for Disciples Seminary Foundation and is on the City Council for the city of Santa Paula.
Education:
She holds an M.Div. from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary where she received the “George and Jean Edwards Award in the Interpretation of Scripture to Christian Life” and the “Melanie Lane Preaching Award.” She also received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Oregon University in Graphic Design and Spanish.
One of her favorite scriptures:
"Seek the shalom of the city where I have sent you, and pray to the Lord on its behalf, for in its shalom, you will find your shalom."
